In May, 2020 - Founder of Men's Minds Liverpool, Kellie lost a beloved family member through Mental Health at a young age. Through this painful time, Kellie transformed her Grief into growth and become a Mindfulness & Trauma Coach. Now a Meditation and Breathwork teacher, Reiki Master and Cold Water Therapy Coach, Kellie made a vow, that if she can make a change to one mans life, then she has made a change. She understands the difficulties for Men to reach out, along with the lack of resources there are to help Men's Minds.
At Men's Minds Liverpool, we understand the importance of Men's Mental Health. Our mission is to empower men to prioritise their mental well-being and seek the support they deserve. Through our wellness programs and mental health services, we provide a safe space for men to explore their emotions, cope with everyday stressors, and improve their overall mental health. Kellie, Founder of Men's Minds Liverpool is a Self Awareness and Trauma Coach who provides professional support to break the stigma of silence within men along with techniques to help deal with emotions and experiences of poor mental health. Kellie will provide tailored support and guidance to navigate challenges unique to men's mental well-being. Techniques include mindfulness practices, communication skills development, stress management strategies, and promoting self-care routines. Through personalised coaching sessions, her aim is to empower men to understand, address, and cope with their emotions effectively, fostering resilience and a positive mindset.
Along side Kellie, is a Psychotherapist, who is a trained mental health professional who will be on hand to help men navigate and overcome emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges. To work with men to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, identify patterns, and develop coping strategies.
At Men's Minds Liverpool, we also understand how important physical exercise is for the minds too. We provide Men's only gym classes with a male Fitness Coach and with personalised coaching sessions, we aim to empower men to understand, address, and cope with their emotions effectively, fostering resilience and a positive mindset through exercise. Whether this is for beginners or regular gym users, each class will be tailored to suit every individual.
Along side this, we also have a Kundalini Yoga Instructor who guides students through a practice rooted in ancient yogic traditions. These include dynamic movements, breathwork, meditation, and chanting to awaken and balance the energy within the body, known as Kundalini energy. These practices enable connection between the mind, body, and spirit, aiming to promote physical strength, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual awareness. It Creates supportive and inclusive environment for students to explore their inner selves, release tension, and cultivate a sense of harmony and vitality.
To welcome community and connection, we hold wellbeing classes focused on breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to promote holistic mental wellness. We also provide cold water therapy and somatic practices to help release emotions stored within our bodies. These classes provide practical techniques and guidance to manage stress, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate inner peace. Through personalised guidance and group support, men will learn to harness the power of their breath, quiet their minds, and develop a deeper connection to themselves. Kellie facilitates a nurturing environment where individuals can explore and integrate these practices into their daily lives, fostering resilience and overall emotional well-being.
